This policy explains what personal information we collect through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Who we are

KL Selangor Freehold Property is a property agency operating in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, marketing residential development projects. Our digital advertising is managed on our behalf by Klick Start Media.

2. What we collect

When you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, we receive only what you provide in that form, which may include:

• Your name
• Your contact number and/or email address
• Your answers to our qualifying questions — for example your monthly income range, whether the purchase is for own stay or investment, and your intended purchase timeframe

We do not collect your identity card number, bank details, or any payment information through these forms.

3. Why we collect it

• To contact you about the property enquiry you submitted
• To send you pricing, floor plans, and project information you asked for
• To arrange a showroom visit if you request one
• To assess, in general terms, whether a project is likely to suit your stated budget before we take up your time

We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, as the basis for processing.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, and no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client and a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Who we share it with

• Klick Start Media, our appointed marketing agency, which processes enquiries on our instructions
• Property developers and their sales teams, where this is necessary to answer your enquiry about a specific project
• Government authorities, where disclosure is required by law

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to stop contacting you
• Ask us to delete your enquiry record

7. Security

Enquiry data is held in access-controlled accounts on Meta's advertising platform and in our own record systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

8. Facebook and Instagram lead forms

Our lead forms are hosted by Meta Platforms, Inc. Information you enter is transmitted to us through Meta's systems and is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
